Terms of service
These terms govern your use of Waveform, the AI-powered website builder operated by Adwave ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. The service
Waveform builds, hosts previews of, and publishes websites from your instructions, using AI models and automated tooling. Sites you publish are deployed to infrastructure we operate on Cloudflare. Features vary by plan; current plans and limits are described on the pricing page.
2. Your account
You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live) to use Waveform.
3. Your content — you own it
- Your inputs (descriptions, uploads, imported content) remain yours.
- Generated output — the website code, copy, and images Waveform produces for your projects — is yours. We claim no ownership of your sites, on any plan, including Free. You can export your code at any time.
- You grant us the license we need to operate the service: to store, process, build, and serve your content, including sending it to the AI processors that power the product (listed in the privacy policy).
You are responsible for the content of your sites — including having the rights to material you upload or import, and for your site's own legal obligations to its visitors (privacy disclosures, consumer law, and so on).
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Waveform to:
- Publish unlawful content, or content that infringes others' rights (including cloning a website you have no rights to imitate in a way that infringes trademark, copyright, or other protections);
- Distribute malware, phishing pages, or deceptive content;
- Send spam or operate scams from generated forms or sites;
- Probe, overload, or disrupt the service, evade usage limits, or resell access without our agreement.
We may suspend or remove sites or accounts that violate these rules. Where practical, we will warn you first.
5. Plans, billing, and cancellation
- Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe.
- Upgrades take effect immediately.
- Cancellations and downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep paid features until then.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.
If you exceed plan limits, published sites keep serving; new AI builds pause until your allowance resets or you upgrade.
6. Service availability
We work to keep Waveform reliable, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available" — without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free output, or fitness for a particular purpose. AI-generated output can contain mistakes; review your site before publishing it.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the service or other users. On termination we will, on request and where feasible, provide a reasonable window to export your site code.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; we will post changes here and update the "Last updated" date, and notify account holders by email for material changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING JURISDICTION — to be set before launch], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
